Android
- open the BetterMe app
- select More, then Meals
- tap on the meal
- check out a brief meal description that includes protein, fats, and carbs.
There is no option to change macronutrients for now. You can rest assured that the macros recommended in our meal plans are balanced and thoughtfully assembled by professionals.
You can adjust the portion size while cooking if you prefer following the meal plan from the app.
To track the number of calories, log your meals the following way:
- open the BetterMe app
- select the Plan tab
- tap Add Food
- choose a mealtime
- find your meal
- tap Add to proceed with logging the meals you've taken.
iOS
- open the BetterMe app
- select More, then Meals
- tap on the meal
- check out a brief meal description that includes protein, fats, and carbs.
You can also customize your macros goal and set the percentage of calories for each macro:
- open the BetterMe app
- navigate to Log Calories in the Plan tab
- tap the "i" icon in the top right-hand corner
- tap Macros Settings
- tap carbs/fat/protein to make the necessary adjustments
- hit Save when you're done.
Please remember that macros must equal 100% in total.
To change your daily calorie goal:
- tap Plan
- select Log Calories
- click the "i" symbol in the top right-hand corner
- you will see the Calorie Settings tab, where you can adjust the calories.
