The first one – Plan – gives you quick access to all the necessary information about your plan. Here you can track calories and log food, check recommended sets of exercises, try out intermittent fasting, follow your water intake as well as count steps.
The following tabs include more details according to each aspect of the app – food, fasting, workouts and training, as well as challenges.
The last tab shows your relevant information, allows you to manage your personal details, contact our customer support team for assistance, check terms & policies and log in and out.
