How to Log Into The BetterMe: Health Coaching App?

In order to have access to premium features as well as to save your progress, you will need to log into your account. Here's what you can do:

Please, download the app on your mobile device using this LINK.

After that, follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the BetterMe app;
  2. Click Get Started;
  3. Tap the Yes, I already have an account button;
  4. Enter the email address and password you registered with.

In case you have the BetterMe app already installed:
  1. Open the app;
  2. Navigate to the More tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen;
  3. Tap the My Profile section;
  4. Swipe up and select Log in;
  5. Use your email address and password.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Hope you are having a nice day. 

    When it comes to measurement units, you can select the system you prefer. Here's how you do it:

    1. Open the BetterMe app;
    2. Navigate to the More tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen;
    3. Tap the Profile section;
    4. Scroll down and select My Profile;
    5. Scroll to find Units section;
    6. Select the preferred option.

    Please restart the app to save changes.
