When it comes to compatibility, for iPhone the BetterMe app requires iOS 13.0 or later, and for Android devices – 7.0 and up.
If your device is not compatible, you can still use a desktop version of the app. It’s a convenient way to access your plan on a computer when the phone is not an option. On your desktop computer or laptop, follow the link here, log into your account, and review your BetterMe program.
