When you open the app, you can see a horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen.
In the Plan tab you can find the following sections: Start With Your Mind, Fasting, Be active, Add Food, Water Tracker, Walk:
🔸️ At the top of the screen, you can see Start With Your Mind section. It is a psychology-based lifestyle change program aimed at helping users change their habits, make conscious decisions, detect and manage their stress triggers.
🔸️ With Fasting, you can track your fasting and eating windows.
🔸️ The Be active tab includes a personalized workout for the current day.
🔸️ In the Add Food tab you can log your daily calorie intake as well as:
- log your own food;
- search and log food by name;
- scan barcodes of the food you want to log;
- enter serving size.
🔸️ Water Tracker allows you to reach your hydration goals by entering water intake and check the total of water you drank.
🔸️ When it comes to the Walk tab, you can track your daily steps and check the number of steps.
