In the Meals section under the More tab, you can see the list of meals for the upcoming 28 days. You can select any of those and log it by clicking the red Log Meal button.
Besides, you can navigate to the Log Calories section in the Plan tab. Apart from tracking calories, you can add your own meal. There are different logging options:
- search for food by name in the database;
- scan a barcode to log food;
- add a dish and calories manually if it is not on the list.
