In order to reset your password after you log out of your account, please follow these instructions:
- open the BetterMe app
- click the green Continue with Email button at the bottom
- tap the Forgot Password option
- enter your email address
- hit the green Submit button.
We will send you a recovery email, so please check your Inbox. If you did not get the recovery email at the mentioned email address, please check your Junk and Spam folders. If it is not there, please double-check if the email you entered is the one used during sign-up.
Please note that you need to be logged out from your account in order to see the option to continue with email.
