You can set up reminders in order to remember to do your workouts:
- Open the BetterMe app;
- Navigate to the More tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen;
- Tap the Profile section;
- Scroll down and select Workout Reminders;
- Enable the toggle at the top of the screen;
- Pick days and time you want to work out.
Besides, you can set reminders to log food:
- Open the BetterMe app;
- Navigate to the Plan tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen;
- Tap the Log Calories section;
- Hit the More Info icon “i” at the top right of the screen;
- Select the Set Reminder option;
- Enable the toggles by the mealtimes you want us to remind you about and adjust the reminder time;
- Hit the red Save button.
Here's how you turn on Fasting notifications:
- Open the BetterMe app;
- Select Fasting;
- Click the "i" icon at the top right of the screen;
- Scroll down to Fasting Notifications toggle and enable it.
