Android
You can log your own meals the following way:
- Open the BetterMe app.
- Navigate to the Plan tab in the Menu at the bottom.
- Select the Add Food option.
- Click the red + Food button.
- Search for an ingredient or a dish or scan a barcode.
- Tap the relevant item, adjust the serving size and hit Log.
Besides, you can add a custom item, including its name and calories, by tapping the pink +Calories button.
iOS
You can log your own meals the following way:
- Open the BetterMe app.
- Navigate to the Plan tab in the Menu at the bottom.
- Select the Log Calories option.
- Select the relevant meal time and look for food in the search bar, or choose the logging option of your preference: scan a barcode, enter quick-add calories, or create food.
- Tap the Add button.
