How to install, reinstall, uninstall the BetterMe: Health Coaching app

Please note that the following steps will reset some of your progress in the app.

Select your platform to find step-by-step instructions to easily install, reinstall and uninstall the app:

Android

To install the BetterMe app, please use the following LINK. 

To uninstall the app, please touch and hold the app on the Home Screen to open a quick actions menu and tap Uninstall.

Alternatively, you can take the following steps:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile picture at the top right.
3. Select Manage Apps & Games.
4. Tap Library.
5. Scroll down to find the BetterMe app and tap on it.
6. Tap the Uninstall button.

To reinstall:

• Open the Google Play Store app.
• Search for the BetterMe app.
• Tap Install.
• Open the BetterMe app.
• Log into your account.

iOS

To install the BetterMe app, please use the following LINK. 

To uninstall the app:

1. Touch and hold the app on the Home Screen
2. Open a quick actions menu
3. Tap Remove App
4. Tap Delete App
5. Hit Delete to confirm.

To reinstall the app, please do the following:

1. Touch and hold the BetterMe app.
2. Tap Remove App.
3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
4. Open App Store.
5. Search for the BetterMe app and proceed with installing it; alternatively, follow this LINK from your device.
6. Open the BetterMe app.
7. Log into your account.
