When you are ready, please navigate to the Fasting tab and you will be able to select a fasting method that suits you most:
After having selected the preferable fasting option (on the GIF you will see the 16:8 one), you will be able to start fast or end it by clicking the relevant buttons.
You can see a time tracker of your eating and fasting windows with a time frame. There are also options to edit when the fast starts and ends.
