The following instructions are for iOS devices.
When you open the Workouts tab, at the top of the screen, you can see the option to Find out your fitness level using Artificial Intelligence technology.
After tapping on it, you will see the information about plank norms; simply swipe left to see more:
- Beginner: < 15 sec
- Fair: 15-30 sec
- Intermediate: 30-60 sec
- Good: 1-2 min
- Very good: 2-4 min
- Great: 4-6 min
- Excellent: > 6 min.
Before you begin, please read and follow the instructions carefully:
- Place your phone horizontally on the floor.
- Take the forearm/straight arm plank.
- Keep your body in a straight line.
- Hold for as long as you can.
When you are ready, click the red LET’S GO button and start the activity.
After completing it, you will see the end of the workout screen with information about your results, plank duration, and muscle groups that were involved.
Next time you navigate here, you will see your most recent results and will be able to improve your latest time by trying again.
