BetterMe: Mental Health app is with you on your smartphone wherever you go.
After registration, installing the app and logging into your account, you will find your plan inside the app.
When opening the app, you can see a horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen.
The first tab is Plan, where you can see a list of relevant tools and suggestions for the day.
Next is Breath: you select the emotion you want to reduce and proceed with short and easy breathing exercises.
The third tab is Meditate. Here you can choose either single meditations called moments that fit your current situation, or a journey. The latter is a series of meditations with a focus on a specific aim.
Sleep is aimed at improving the quality of sleep with background sounds to help you wind down and relax.
The last tab is all about Sounds to focus, rest or sleep.
All in all, we encourage you to take your time and explore all these tabs to find what suits you best.
