BetterMe: Mental Health app is with you on your smartphone wherever you go.
After registration, installing the app and logging into your account, you will find your plan inside the app.
When opening the app, you can see a horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen.
The first tab is Plan – that is where you can find a list of relevant tools and suggestions for the day.
