How to change diet type

Please select your platform to find step-by-step instructions to change your diet type in the BetterMe app:

Android

In order to change your diet type, please follow the instructions below:

• open the BetterMe app;
• tap the Food tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom;
• hit the More Info symbol “i” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen;
• select the Change Meal Plan option;
• choose the preferred diet type and hit the red Next button you’ll see;
• confirm your choice by selecting the plan and tapping the red Choose Meal Plan button.

iOS

In order to change your diet type, please follow the instructions below:

• open the BetterMe app;
• tap the More tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom;
• select the Meals section;
• hit the More Info icon “i” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen;
• select the Change Meal Plan option at the bottom;
• choose the preferred diet type and hit the red Next button you’ll see;
• confirm your choice by selecting the plan and tapping the red Get Meal Plan button.

Desktop

To change the diet type in the BetterMe Web app, please follow these steps:

• open the web version of the BetterMe app (tap HERE);
• open your Profile;
• click Profile at the top, then click on Meal plan;
• select the Change Meal Plan button and choose your diet type;
• hit Start.
