One of the reasons users may see two charges in their accounts is two different plans they purchase. For example, the BetterMe package with a personalized plan and then an additional tool (e.g. Slimmer Face, Fat-Burning Plan etc).
We have a general subscription package with some premium features. Not all the available features are included. There are some tools that require a completely different subscription. We display them so that our users are aware of these extra options. If they are not willing to proceed, these additional plans can be skipped.
So in case you see two different payments, chances are you have chosen additional features to be added to your personal plan. Any purchase can only be initiated with the user’s explicit approval. No steps can be taken without your direct permission.
