Currently, this feature is available for iOS users.
You can easily keep track of your custom activities. The list offers great variety – aikido, archery, badminton, basketball, boxing, canoeing, CrossFit, cycling, dancing, football, golf, hockey, horseback riding, karate, polo, running, skiing, swimming, tennis, volleyball, walking, and many other activities.
To log your own workouts, please do the following:
- Open the BetterMe app.
- Go to the Plan tab.
- Select the Be active or Do Your Workout option.
- Tap Log a Custom Activity.
- Select the activity type and enter workout duration and burned calories.
- Hit Log at the top right.
For your convenience, you can edit the custom activity you have logged by returning to the Today's activity section and tapping your custom activity info. This will take you back to the custom activity screen, where you can adjust information or delete your workout.
