You can also open the Workouts/Training tab and scroll down the list to find the following programs:
- Senior Fitness;
- Pilates for Seniors;
- Dancing for Seniors;
- Partner Senior Fitness.
There are also gentle back-protecting and knee-protecting sets of exercises and some great workouts to be performed while sitting down to train your upper body – sofa and chair yoga.
