With the Calorie Tracker tool, you can log calories you take apart from the recommended meals in the BetterMe app, as well as create your own food for future logging.

Here is how you can log your own meals:
- Open the BetterMe app.
- Go to the Plan tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom.
- Tap the Add Food option.
- Select either the Food button to log by brands or the Calories button to log any of your own food.
Simply start typing the food you want to log, and then you will see the Edit option that will let you indicate the amount.
Here is how you can log your own meals:
- Select the Plan tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom.
- Tap Log Calories.
- Choose a mealtime.
- Find your meal, adjust the size or amount, and tap Add to proceed with logging the meals you've taken.
- Tap Done in the upper right-hand corner to save changes.
You can also create your own food that is not on the list or scan the food packaging barcodes for faster logging.
Besides, you can see the previous days' daily calorie information by tapping the calendar icon at the top right corner of the screen.
