BetterMe stands for a holistic approach to health and well-being, which is why our Health Coaching app offers a psychology-based lifestyle change program.
It was created in collaboration with psychologists and aims to help users identify and change their habits, detect and manage stress triggers, and make conscious decisions. With this program, we strive to give users tools to independently and consistently manage their thoughts, actions, and habits. Our goal is to help create gradual changes in the mind and body, therefore improving the overall quality of life.
The program contains a psychology-based daily plan that takes no more than 10 minutes to complete. Each session includes valuable information to reflect upon, as well as interactive questions, quizzes, diaries, tests, etc. These tools are aimed at changing users' mindsets and improving their relationship with their bodies by creating lasting healthy habits.
