BetterMe stands for a holistic approach to health and well-being, which is why we introduced a psychology-based lifestyle change program into our Health Coaching app.
It was created in collaboration with psychologists and is aimed at helping users identify and change their habits, detect and manage stress triggers and make conscious decisions. With this program, we strive to give users tools to independently and consistently manage their thoughts, actions, and habits. Our goal is to help create gradual changes in the mind and body, therefore improving the overall quality of life.
The program contains a psychology-based daily plan that takes no more than 10 minutes to complete. Each session includes some useful information to reflect upon, as well as questions, quizzes, diaries, tests etc. These tools are aimed to change users' mindsets and improve their relationship with their bodies by creating lasting healthy habits.
