Google Fit helps you keep all your fitness information tied to your Google Account and share it with the other apps and devices you use to stay healthy. Some other apps can share information with Fit so you can see your fitness data in one place.
To connect BetterMe with Google Fit to share data, select your platform and follow the instructions:
Android
- open the More tab at the bottom of the BetterMe screen;
- tap Statistics;
- tap Google Fit and log into your account.
iOS
You need to connect an app with Health to share its data with Fit:
- open the Settings app on your iPhone;
- scroll down to find the Health app in the list and tap it;
- hit Apps and Access to Data at the bottom;
- tap BetterMe;
- turn on the necessary parameters (we recommend turning on all of them).
You can control which apps share data with Fit:
- open the Google Fit app on your iPhone;
- tap Profile and then Settings;
- tap Manage connected apps;
- to stop sharing info between Fit and BetterMe, tap on the app then Remove access and then OK.
