Google Fit helps you keep all your fitness information tied to your Google Account and share it with the other apps and devices you use to stay healthy. Some other apps can share information with Fit so you can see your fitness data in one place.
To connect BetterMe with Google Fit to share data, select your platform and follow the instructions:
We understand that this change may be an inconvenience. As an alternative to Google Fit, we have our own Step Tracker feature integrated into the BetterMe app.
In addition to Step Tracker, we recommend our fitness band – the BetterMe Band – designed to complement your wellness goals. It offers advanced tracking capabilities, including step counting, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and more. Plus, the band seamlessly syncs with the BetterMe app, allowing you to easily access and analyze your fitness data in one place.
You need to connect an app with Health to share its data with Fit:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down to find the Health app in the list and tap it.
- Hit Apps and Access to Data at the bottom.
- Tap BetterMe.
- Turn on the necessary parameters (we recommend turning on all of them).
You can control which apps share data with Fit:
- Open the Google Fit app on your iPhone.
- Tap Profile and then Settings.
- Tap Manage connected apps.
- To stop sharing info between Fit and BetterMe, tap on the app then Remove access and then OK.
