The recommended workout program in your BetterMe account has been created based on your quiz answers, considering your lifestyle, habits, fitness level, and goals.
If you find some workouts too complicated, please remember it may take a while for your body to adjust to a new fitness routine. Feel free to follow the exercises at your own pace and take it one step at a time.

Please take the time to review all the available workouts in the Trainings section of the app. Our library offers various activities – yoga, pilates, dancing, boxing, walking, running, and many others.
You can also navigate to More → My Profile and scroll down the list to adjust your workouts:
- Select the workout programs you are interested in under Activities (you will then see your selected activities in the Recommended Workouts in the Trainings section).
- Choose where you are on the fitness level scale from newbie to pro under Fitness Level.
- Find the Physical Limitations tab and choose what best describes your situation, e.g., back pain, knee pain, limited mobility, limb loss, etc.
Please take the time to review all the available workouts in the Workouts section of the app. Our library offers various activities – yoga, pilates, dancing, boxing, walking, running, and many others.
After you choose a particular set of workouts in the library and tap it, on the next screen, you will see the available workouts, and each of them will mention the duration and fitness level. Besides, at the top of the screen, you can filter the activities based on the following parameters:
- fitness level
- duration
- equipment
- focus zones.
Another option is to navigate to More → My Profile and scroll down the list to find the Special Programs section. There, you will find special programs that can be included in your plan, such as sensitive back and knees.
Remember, that before starting any new workout routine or diet, you must consult with a respective health specialist.
