When it comes to breathing exercises, you find them in the Breath tab. The idea behind them is to provide a short activity to focus on breathing, get instructions to inhale and exhale properly in the right tempo, alternating with taking deep breaths and holding your breath – all aimed to deal with difficult emotions. They all are no longer than 5 minutes so that you can practice in-between your daily routines.
Concerning meditations, we do offer both short and long ones in the Discover tab:
- shorter meditations last from 5 to 15 minutes and apart from breathing instructions, we offer guidance and mindfulness tips.
- longer meditations are presented in the format of courses that one can take for several days to up to a few weeks. These are more extensive programs to heal, enhance a healthy skill, deal with difficult emotions, and focus on your own growth. They also include guidance and mindfulness tips, but require more time investment and commitment on your part.
