In the Breath tab, you can try out different breathing exercises, aimed at reducing certain emotions. You can set up the sessions to your liking.
After you tap Start, you will see three buttons at the bottom of the screen:
- the first one will give you options to set up voice prompts – you can choose male or female voice, or turn the prompts off;
- the second one turns the music on or off;
- and with the third one, you can set up a vibration.
All these options can help you create the perfect setting for your breathing sessions to make sure they are effective and helpful.
