BetterMe offers two diabetes-friendly meal plans: for Type 1 and Type 2. These meal plans are designed to keep blood sugar from spiking out of control. They include low-carb options and meals with a focus on healthy fats. Lean proteins and fiber-rich vegetables are also included. However, high-fructose fruits are off-limits.
