The Plan tab gives you fast and easy access to the app's useful functions. Namely, you can log your own food and calories here, do your workout, start fasting, and track water intake and steps.

When you open the app, you can see a horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen.
In the Plan tab, you can find the following sections: Start With Your Mind, Fasting, Be active, Add Food, Water Tracker, and Walk:
- At the top of the screen, you can see the Start With Your Mind section. It is a psychology-based lifestyle change program aimed at helping users change their habits, make conscious decisions, and detect and manage their stress triggers.
- With Fasting, you can track your fasting and eating windows.
- The Be active tab includes a personalized workout for the current day.
- In the Add Food tab, you can log your daily calorie intake as well as log your own food, search and log food by name, scan barcodes of the food you want to log and enter serving size;
- Water Tracker allows you to reach your hydration goals by entering your water intake and checking the total water you drank.
- When it comes to the Walk tab, you can track your daily steps and check the number of steps.

- At the top of the screen, you can see the Start With Your Mind section. It is a psychology-based lifestyle change program aimed at helping users change their habits, make conscious decisions, and detect and manage their stress triggers.
- Below, you can see the Log Calories section where you can log your daily calorie intake as well as log your own food, search and log food by name, scan barcodes of the food you want to log, or add the dish manually if there's no barcode available, enter the serving size, manage reminders to log food, send feedback about calorie tracker, see information about logged macros (Carbs, Fat, Protein).
- Be Active(or Do Your Workout) includes the workout to do today. Besides, you can set up and edit your calorie goal here and check active and resting calories. Your Daily Steps results are reflected at the bottom of the screen. There is also a chance to add a custom activity.
- Weigh-In allows you to log and track your weight every three days.
- Drink Water allows you to reach your hydration goals by entering your water intake and checking the total water you drank.
- When it comes to Track Your Steps, the following options are available: check the number of steps and burned calories, check distance, check the weekly average of steps, and set up daily step goals.
If you have a slightly different BetterMe app interface, all these features can be found in the More tab. It depends on the purchased program and its primary focus.
