With the BetterMe Fasting tool, you can easily track your eating and fasting windows in a convenient way. It helps to schedule meals and keeps you honest with your intermittent fasting plans.
Most importantly, you can select a fasting method that suits you best. Once it's selected, you will see a timer that will show your eating and fasting windows. There is also useful information available for you to learn more about fasting.
After selecting the preferred method, you will need to start Fasting daily by navigating to the Fasting section of the app and tapping the red Start Fast button.
