In the Sleep section of the app, you have a selection of sleeping stories as well as music that helps you relax, wind down and fall asleep faster.
You can actually set up a timer to manage the duration of the sleep sounds. This way the music will stop when you want it to so that you don’t have to wake up from slumber to do so yourself manually.
Please select your platform and follow the instructions below:
- select the preferred sleep music;
- tap the clock icon right by the title of the tune;
- edit the time to your liking and tap the Start button.
- select the preferred sleep music and tap the sound bar at the bottom of the screen;
- you will see the Sleep Timer option on a bar that will open;
- tap it and choose the option that suits you best.
